How this site is maintained
Regulatory watch
The content of this site depends on provisions that will continue to evolve. Each item of content is entered in a regulatory watch register, stating the provision it depends on and where it is corrected. The following events are currently monitored:
- Publication of the ministerial order referred to in article 81(2) of the Code.
- Corrigenda to Decree-Law 177/2026.
- Technical guidance issued by IMPIC, the sector regulator.
- Availability of the new electronic forms on the public contracts portal.
- Decisions of the Court of Auditors interpreting the amended regime.
- Biennial revision of the EU thresholds by delegated regulation of the Commission.
Operating principle
The watch identifies and proposes. Execution of any correction to a client document always requires the client's decision. On this site, any correction of our own error is acknowledged visibly and with a date on the corrected content, and never made silently.
