Data collected and purposes

This site collects only the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form: name, organisation, email address, telephone number where given, type of entity, subject and description of your requirement. These data are processed solely to respond to the request and, where applicable, to prepare and present a proposal for professional services.

Lawful basis

Processing is based on your consent, given when the form is submitted, under Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and, where the contact develops into a pre-contractual relationship, on steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract under Article 6(1)(b).

Retention

Data relating to enquiries that do not result in a contractual relationship are retained for twenty-four months from the last contact. Data relating to contractual relationships are retained for the statutory periods applicable to commercial and tax records.

Processors and transfers

Form submissions are handled by a form-processing service provider acting as a processor. Site hosting is provided by a content delivery network provider. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados, the Portuguese supervisory authority.
